For us, it’s still 2020.
Feeling a bit bored and also somewhat doom and gloom
However, we have a plan. 🎃
As it’s a pandemic and also because we are old, my husband and I decided that we are going to
get dressed 😬
and drive to the grocery store (we have a gift card 🤗) and buy essentials but also purchase a lovely variety of alcoholic beverages.
Aka booze.
We will then work our way up the class ladder, starting with a local treasure:
And also buy the NA bubbly my parents bought me every New Years which was a
BIG DEAL
as it was sort of the training wheel drink for a lifetime to come of excessive drinking.
It’s an excellent plan.
And it even has a goal which is to drink the correct balance of alcohol and water so, rather than falling asleep at 8PM, we will instead feel nicely buzzed, if pleasantly emotional, and, consequently, very passionate about this song:
